Roy S. Topik, the landlord charged with felony larceny for allegedly seizing the possessions of a tenant whom he had asked to move out, faces additional charges that he dumped the property along a roadside in Uxbridge, Mass. Police charged Topik, 37, of 46 Hemlock Farm Trail, Burrillville, with trespassing and illegal dumping, both misdemeanors, and malicious destruction of property, a felony. Topik was trespassing on land belonging to the Ocean State PowerCo. and engaging in an act of vandalism when he allegedly disposed of property belonging to Tracy L. Greenwood, his tenant at 107 Rathbun St., on King Street, a country road just over the Rhode Island-Massachusetts line.
