Miguel Vazquez, 33, of Buffalo, was arrested after making threats to his girlfriend, allegedly because she denied him money for his cocaine addiction. Vazquez was arraigned on charges of menacing, assault with the intent to cause physical harm and petit larceny. Bail was set at $2,500 and an order of protection was put into place.
